Pais Results is a free Android application that displays Israeli lottery (מפעל הפיס) draw results in real time. The app covers five lottery products: Lotto, Chance, 123, 777, and the Subscribers Program.
The app is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. We do not require account registration and we do not directly collect personally identifiable information from you. However, our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect certain data as described in this policy.
Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may automatically collect the following data when you use the app:

The app displays two types of ads served by Google AdMob:
Google AdMob may use the Advertising ID on your device to show you personalized (interest-based) ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time.
Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized to your interests.

To display lottery results, the app makes outbound HTTPS requests to pais.co.il, the official Pais lottery website. These requests retrieve publicly available lottery draw data. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests. Your IP address is transmitted to this server as a normal part of making an internet connection.
The data retrieved is displayed within the app and is not stored persistently on your device.
The app also communicates with Google Play to check whether a newer version of the app is available and, if so, to download it in the background. This communication is handled entirely by Google Play Services and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No personal information from our app is sent to Google as part of this process beyond what Google Play Services normally handles on your device.
The app stores one piece of data locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences:
This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

The app does not request permissions to access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage.
This app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this app, please contact us at support@spartapp.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's app usage and to contact us with any concerns.
You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID at any time through your device's Settings (see Section 3 above). Deleting your Advertising ID will prevent AdMob from linking future ad interactions to your previous history.
You can stop all data collection by the app at any time by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device. All locally stored data (the ad timestamp) will be removed upon uninstallation.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data held by third parties such as Google. Please refer to Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's privacy policy and opt-out tools.
All network communications in the app use HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher) to encrypt data in transit. We do not store personal information on our servers. The only data stored locally (the ad timestamp) is non-sensitive and stored on your device's internal storage, which is protected by Android's application sandbox.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Please be aware of this when using any internet-connected application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Significant changes will be communicated through an update to the app listing on Google Play.
